Job summary

McKesson is seeking an experienced Manager of FP&A to support the Technology organization. You will manage the department CIO's direct expenses and allocations, partnering with MT Finance to drive insights, forecast accuracy, and cost optimization.

Responsibilities include leading monthly/quarterly/annual close and allocations, driving data-driven improvements, and defining requirements for MT Finance tools such as BPC and SAC with IT. This role requires strong communication and analysis skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or finance.
• 7+ years combined experience in FP&A, accounting, investment banking, or corporate development and strategy.

Responsibilities

• Manage the department CIO direct expenses and allocations.
• Drive forecast accuracy and cost optimization with MT Finance teams.
• Own monthly/quarterly/annual allocations processes and variance explanations.
• Lead automation and process improvements using MT Finance tools (BPC, SAC).
