Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Financial Analysis, FP&A, or related area.
• 4+ years in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• 3+ years with SQL for data analysis and reporting.
• 4+ years with Excel including advanced formulas, PivotTables, and modeling.
• 2+ years with Power BI or similar BI tools.
• 3+ years working with large datasets across enterprise systems.
• 2+ years with Python/R or automation tools.
• 3+ years collaborating with Finance, Technology, Risk, and Operations.
• 2+ years with Agile/Scrum practices.
• Strong knowledge of KPIs, data quality, reconciliation, and management reporting.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data to support budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and decisions.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and models using Excel, SQL, and Power BI.
• Conduct variance, trend, forecasting, and performance analyses.
• Validate and reconcile data across enterprise systems; maintain financial data.
• Build and maintain financial models, KPIs, dashboards, and management reports.
• Identify trends, risks, costs, and opportunities for improvement.
• Automate recurring reports and analytical processes.
• Collaborate with Finance, Technology, Risk, Operations, and Business teams.
• Support month-end/quarter-end reporting and present insights to senior management.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and process improvements.
