NTT DATA is seeking an IT Financial Analyst to support budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and business decisions from Charlotte, NC. The role emphasizes Excel, SQL, and Power BI, with experience in variance analysis, forecasting, and financial modeling across enterprise systems.

• 5+ years of experience in Financial Analysis, FP&A, or Data Analytics.
• 4+ years in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and modeling.
• 3+ years hands-on SQL for data analysis and reporting.
• 4+ years with Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, PivotTables, and modeling.
• 2+ years with Power BI or similar BI tools.
• 3+ years with large financial datasets and enterprise systems.
• 2+ years with Python/R or automation tools.
• 2+ years with ERP/GL/Treasury/Investment platforms.
• 3+ years cross-functional work with Finance, Tech, Ops, and Business teams.
• 2+ years Agile/Scrum experience.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze financial data to support budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and decisions.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and models using Excel, SQL, and Power BI.
• Conduct variance, trend, forecasting, and performance analyses.
• Validate and reconcile data across enterprise systems.
• Build/maintain financial models, KPIs, dashboards, and management reports.
• Identify risks, cost drivers and improvement opportunities.
• Automate recurring reports and analytics processes.
• Collaborate with Finance, Technology, Risk, Operations, and Business teams.
• Support month-end/quarter-end reporting and issue resolution.
• Present insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and process improvements.
