We are currently seeking a Business Analyst (Non-IT) to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina (US-NC), United States (US).

Position Overview

We are looking for a Business Manager / Non-IT Business Analyst to support business operations, budgeting, and team planning. In this role, you will analyze financial and operational data, build Power BI reports, manage vendor contracts, and partner with leadership to help guide strategic decision-making.

Basic Qualifications

• 3 or more years of experience performing budget management, expense forecasting, financial analysis, and variance reporting.
• 2 or more years of experience managing vendor relationships and/or contract lifecycle processes.
• Demonstrated experience presenting business, operational, or financial recommendations to management using data-driven analysis.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work in a hybrid work environment in Charlotte, North Carolina, with regular onsite attendance of 2-3 days per week.
  

  NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for U.S.-based positions. The starting pay range for this role is $147,000. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.

  This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
