Job summary

Nova Patient Care in Haymarket, VA is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our primary care team. The role offers a part-time schedule (3-4 days/week) with standard hours 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, and rotating Saturday shifts may be required, with no after-hours calls.

You'll work in a tech-forward practice supported by a large virtual administrative team and dedicated scribes, enabling you to focus on patient care while delivering high-quality, ongoing care to diverse

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Virginia license (or eligibility to obtain).
• 1+ years of clinical primary care experience.
• Strong bedside manner and relationship-based care.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-scope primary care to patients of all ages.
• Manage chronic conditions, women's health, preventive care, and same-day sick visits.
• Perform outpatient procedures (e.g., I&Ds, suturing, Pap smears, cryotherapy).
