Job summary

Nova Patient Care in Alexandria and Arlington, VA, is a tech-forward primary care group seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team.

We are part of Privia Medical Group and backed by a large virtual administrative team and scribes to remove administrative burden, with a 5-day workweek, no after-hours calls, and competitive base pay ranging from $110,000 to $140,000 plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Virginia license (or eligibility).
• 1+ years of primary care clinical experience.
• Strong bedside manner and relationship-based care.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-scope primary care to patients of all ages (newborns to geriatrics).
• Manage chronic conditions, women's health, prevention and same-day sick visits.
• Perform standard outpatient procedures (e.g., I&Ds, suturing, Pap smears, cryotherapy).
