Job summary

Nova Patient Care in Alexandria and Arlington, VA is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our tech-forward primary care team. This is a full-time role, typically 9 AM–6 PM, with two Saturdays per month.

A massive virtual admin team and dedicated scribes remove administrative burden so you can focus on patient care. We offer full-scope primary care for all ages with a focus on quality outcomes, chronic disease management, preventive care, and same-day visits.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Virginia license or eligibility to obtain.
• 1+ years of clinical practicing experience in primary care is required.
• Strong bedside manner and HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-scope primary care to patients of all ages.
• Manage chronic conditions, women’s health, preventive care and same-day sick visits.
• Perform standard outpatient procedures and coordinate with virtual scribes and admin team.
