Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible (BC/BE) in Cardiovascular Disease.
• Possession of or eligibility for an unrestricted Indiana Medical License and CSR/DEA registration.
• Experience with or aptitude for utilizing EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide long-term care for patients with chronic cardiovascular conditions.
• Perform and interpret non-invasive cardiovascular tests.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement lifestyle or pharmacological interventions.

Skills

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiovascular Disease

Strong communication skills

Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR)

Experience with EPIC EMR

Aptitude for utilizing AI-assisted documentation tools

Education

Unrestricted Indiana Medical License
