77 consultants in Indianapolis, IN, is seeking a compassionate Non-Invasive Cardiologist to join our established cardiology program. The facility provides a full spectrum of cardiology services with interventional and electrophysiological capabilities, and a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

You will perform outpatient visits, inpatient rounding, and call coverage, with opportunities to participate in advanced procedures and a wide range of diagnostic studies.

Qualifications

• Board eligible or board certified in cardiology is required.
• Active Indiana Medical License is required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications must be current.

Job description

Position Overview

• Join a dedicated group of 12 cardiologists and 6 Nurse Practitioners.
• Collaborate closely with the Vascular and Cardiothoracic Surgery teams for optimal patient care.
• Benefit from a strategically located office near catheterization laboratories and the inpatient hospital.
• Each office is equipped with EKG machines for streamlined diagnostics.
• Call coverage is divided evenly on a rotating schedule.
• The position encompasses a blend of outpatient visits, inpatient rounding, and call duties.
• Involvement with advanced procedures such as TAVR, high-risk PCI using Impella or IABP, and Watchman implantations.
• Engage in a comprehensive array of diagnostic studies to enhance patient management.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be Board Eligible or Board Certified in Cardiology.
• We welcome newly trained fellows as well as experienced practicing physicians.
• An active Indiana Medical License is required.
• Must maintain current BLS and ACLS certifications.
