Job summary

AT&T is looking for a Retail Sales Consultant to engage customers, demonstrate products, and meet sales goals. You’ll use a consultative approach, assist with online orders, and participate in community events while working a 9am-9pm schedule including weekends.

Earn between $46,400 and $75,000 with competitive hourly pay plus uncapped commissions. Training is provided if you’re new to retail, and you’ll join a team focused on service and connection.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years retail/customer facing/sales experience preferred.
• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus. Training is provided if needed.

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through options.
• Be part of the community through events, online orders and outbound calls.
• Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends (seniority-based schedules available).
• Stay adaptable to evolving technology and changing customer needs.
• No sales experience? Training and coaching are provided to help you succeed.
