Job summary

Mizuho is seeking an IT Business Manager to partner with Technology leadership, delivering financial planning, workforce management, reporting, and governance across the Technology organization. You will ensure data integrity, support operating rhythms, and provide decision-ready insights to enable effective leadership oversight.

The role emphasizes accurate budgets, headcount alignment, vendor management, and timely, actionable reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent)
• 10+ years in technology business management, finance, or operational roles
• Experience supporting senior Technology leaders in large, matrixed organizations
• Demonstrated ability to operate independently across a broad, complex scope.

Responsibilities

• Support financial planning, forecasting, and governance across Technology organization.
• Provide leadership reporting materials for senior decision-making.
• Maintain workforce views including headcount, roles, and funding alignment.
• Monitor vendor/contract data accuracy and renewals for forecasting.
• Assist updates to technology roadmaps and ensure alignment with budgets.
