Job summary

adidas seeks a strategic finance partner for NAM Tech in Portland, OR to support close, forecast, and planning activities. You will provide insights, drive governance, and partner with Tech and Global Finance to optimize technology spend and ROI.

Hybrid work policy requires in-office attendance Monday–Thursday with remote Fridays; English is the working language. Collaboration with NAM CFO and Global Technology Finance is essential to align tech investments with business goals.

Qualifications

5–7 years progressive financial experience.
University degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Industry-specific experience preferred.
Solid FP&A skills.

Responsibilities

Partner with NAM Tech and Global Tech Finance to manage monthly close, forecast, annual planning, and performance reporting for Tech-related spend.
Provide financial analysis, insights, and recommendations to support Tech investment decisions, including ROI analyses and cost/benefit evaluation.
Establish, document, and continuously improve finance processes, governance, reporting standards, and cross-functional ways of working.
Build strong business partnerships with Tech, Finance, and stakeholders to translate financial information into actionable guidance.
Monitor Tech spend, commitments, capitalization considerations, project costs, and forecast assumptions to identify variances and drive cost management.
