Qualifications
- 5-7 years in a financial role with business acumen.
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Advanced Excel skills; SAP experience a plus.
Responsibilities
- Partner with NAM Tech and Global Tech Finance to manage monthly close, forecast, annual planning, and performance reporting for Tech-related spend.
- Provide financial analysis, ROI, cost/benefit evaluation, and prioritization of initiatives.
- Establish, document, and improve finance processes, governance, reporting standards, and cross-functional ways of working.
- Build partnerships with Tech, Finance, and stakeholders to translate financial information into actionable guidance.
- Monitor Tech spend, capitalization considerations, project costs, and forecast assumptions to explain variances and support cost management.
