Adidas is seeking a Senior Specialist Commercial Management to support in the development of commercial facility management for North America adidas locations. The role covers investment and order processing, invoicing, and cost tracking within the Workplaces organization, with a focus on timely project execution and budget adherence.

The position requires 3–5 years in Commercial Management or Finance, strong English, and a hybrid work model with in-office presence in Portland, OR.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business Administration.
• 3-5 years of professional experience in Commercial Management or Finance.
• Strong English language skills.

Responsabilités

• Handle Purchase Orders from creation to GR booking and invoicing support.
• Resolve complex commercial problems and support budgets.
• Assist in annual budget planning and monitor targets.
• Prepare cost tracking and analysis for month-end and year-end closes.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal adidas departments.
• Ensure compliance with commercial processes and create documentation.
