Job summary

Heartline Staffing is recruiting a Director, Finance Business Partner - Technology Infrastructure in O'Fallon, MO. This in-house role partners with technology leaders to develop financial plans, manage performance and optimize investments across global infrastructure.

The position reports to the VP of Finance Business Partner and requires hands-on FP&A, complex financial analysis and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Strong technology finance experience required.
• Hands-on FP&A capabilities and portfolio ownership.
• Ability to work in person at least 4 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning.
• Provide financial insights to leadership to support decisions.
• Manage large, complex technology investments and contracts.
• Coach finance team members and drive process improvements.
• Partner with sourcing and business units to optimize costs.
