Job summary

Talentify is seeking a healthcare support role to assist with patient care under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse. The position emphasizes effective communication with patients, families, and staff, while preparing and compiling records on the nursing unit and following physician directives.

Ideal candidates may hold EMT/CNA/ER tech credentials, with CPI de-escalation training within six months, and current BLS certification or hire-on eligibility.

Qualifications

• EMT, CNA or ER tech preferred.
• De-escalation training (CPI within six months of employment) in required specialty.
• Current BLS required or obtained upon hire.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Competency checklist must be completed prior to starting IVs.
