T. Rowe Price is offering an Associate Analyst program in Maryland designed to develop future fundamental investment analysts through hands-on equity research support for our Technology analysts.

The program spans three to five years with training, mentoring and exposure to senior professionals. You will build financial models, analyze quarterly results, and engage in industry deep dives, with opportunities to interact with management and potentially advance to an Investment Analyst role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with a strong academic background.
• 1+ years relevant work experience (equity research or investment banking preferred).
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills including building three-statement models.

Responsibilities

• Build/update financial models.
• Assist in quarterly earnings analysis and write takeaway summaries.
• Attend conferences and meetings with management teams.
• Conduct industry and thematic deep dives.
• Perform preliminary work on new investment ideas.
• Occasionally rate and recommend stocks after several years.
