Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Defines and writes user stories, acceptance criteria, and UI designs for platform and product enhancements; aligns with stakeholders and documents requirements with prioritization.
• Analyzes user behavior and feedback to validate product experience against KPIs and escalates issues when needed.
• Provides business analytics support and collaborates with platform analysts to inform changes and improvements.
