The position emphasizes data analysis, ETF thought leadership, and efficient operations, with Hybrid work flexibility. A Bachelor’s degree and ETF experience are preferred, with FINRA licensing not required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 3+ years in asset management or related role.
• ETF experience strongly preferred (research, distribution, capital markets, or investment strategy).
• Intellectual curiosity with a proactive approach to problem solving.
• Collaborative team player with a strong desire to learn, develop, and take on increasing responsibility.
• FINRA Series 7 and 63 FINRA Requirements FINRA licenses are not required.

Responsibilities

• ETF Research Support: Support ETF Specialists with product and industry research. Maintain ETF Specialist related content materials for key client segments (B/D, RIAs, platforms, home office). Analyze ETF strategies, performance, exposures, and competitors to support client discussions. Ad hoc ETF team support, including RFPs and DDQs.
