Job summary

BridgePrep Academy Greater Miami is seeking a dedicated First Grade Teacher to deliver rigorous, standards-aligned instruction for the 2026-27 school year. You will partner with SMART Management to provide a student-centered experience enriched by technology and Spanish language integration.

Responsibilities include planning engaging lessons in reading, writing, mathematics, and state standards mastery; maintaining a structured, nurturing classroom; differentiating for ESE/504/ELL with required

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Elementary Education, Early Childhood, or a related field.
Valid or eligible Florida Teaching Certificate in Prekindergarten/Primary Education (Age 3-Grade 3) or Elementary Education (K-6).
Level 2 Florida Care Provider Background Screening required.
Preferred ESOL/Reading Endorsements; Master's degree; prior primary teaching experience.

Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging primary lessons focused on foundational reading, writing, mathematics, and state standards mastery.
Maintain a structured, nurturing classroom environment; differentiate instruction for ESE, 504, and ELL scholars through required accommodations.
Participate in weekly coaching and PD; submit lesson plans and student data on time; maintain regular family communication.
