Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Elementary Education, Early Childhood, or related field.
• Valid or eligible Florida Teaching Certificate (PreK/Primary Education or K–6).
• Level 2 Florida Care Provider Background Screening required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, standards-aligned primary lessons.
• Differentiate instruction for ESE, 504, and ELL scholars; provide required accommodations.

Salary:$51,379 – $64,402 (Base + Referendum + ESOL/Reading/Master's supplements)

Key Responsibilities

Instruction: Plan and deliver engaging primary lessons focused on foundational reading, writing, mathematics, and state standards mastery.

Culture & Support: Maintain a structured, nurturing classroom environment; differentiate instruction for ESE, 504, and ELL scholars through required accommodations.

Collaboration & Compliance: Participate in weekly coaching and PD; submit lesson plans and student data on time; maintain regular family communication.

Key Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Elementary Education, Early Childhood, or a related field .

Certification: Valid or eligible Florida Teaching Certificate in Prekindergarten/Primary Education (Age 3–Grade 3) or Elementary Education (K–6).

Clearance: Level 2 Florida Care Provider Background Screening required.

Preferred: ESOL/Reading Endorsements; Master's degree; prior primary teaching experience .
