Job summary

Hancock Claims Consultants seeks RoofField Inspectors to join our nationwide network of independent contractors. You will conduct assessments on steep and high roofs, evaluate exterior and interior damage, and perform underwriting property inspections using cutting-edge technology.

Must have reliable vehicle and a ladder, and be able to obtain necessary certifications to join our contractor pool. This is an independent contractor position with flexible scheduling and travel.

Qualifications

• Ability to safely navigate and inspect steep/high roofs
• Strong customer service and empathy when dealing with insureds
• Detail oriented inspections under varied weather conditions
• Experience with MS Office (Outlook and Teams) is helpful
• HAAG Certification is a plus and beneficial for contractor pool enrollment

Responsibilities

• Inspect steep and high roofs for exterior and interior damage
• Perform underwriting property inspections using technology to assess damage
