Job summary

Headway is seeking a Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to deliver outpatient mental health care via our tech-enabled platform. You will conduct psychiatric evaluations, provide ongoing medication management, and develop evidence-based treatment plans for a diverse adult population.

You will collaborate with therapists and other providers, aided by streamlined scheduling, billing, and insurance tools. Headway supports work-life balance and professional growth as it reshapes access to care

Qualifications

• Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with PMHNP board certification.
• Active RN/NP license in Virginia or eligible for licensure.
• Experience delivering outpatient psychiatric care and medication management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and initial assessments.
• Provide ongoing medication management and monitoring.
• Develop evidence-based treatment plans for adult patients.
