Job summary

Headway is seeking a Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to deliver outpatient mental health care through a tech-enabled platform. You will conduct psychiatric evaluations, provide ongoing medication management, and develop evidence-based treatment plans for a diverse adult population.

You will collaborate closely with therapists and other providers, supported by streamlined scheduling, billing, and insurance tools.

Qualifications

• Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with current state licensure.
• Outpatient mental health care experience preferred.
• Evidence-based treatment planning experience preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with therapists and other providers.

Responsibilities

• Perform psychiatric evaluations and assessments.
• Provide ongoing medication management for adult patients.
• Develop and adjust treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Collaborate with therapists and other clinicians to coordinate care.
