Job summary

Headway seeks a Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to deliver outpatient mental health care through our tech-enabled platform. You will conduct psychiatric evaluations, provide ongoing medication management, and develop evidence-based treatment plans for a diverse adult population.

You will collaborate closely with therapists and other providers, supported by streamlined scheduling, billing, and insurance tools to increase access to care nationwide.

Qualifications

• Active PMHNP license in Virginia or eligibility
• Board-certified PMHNP with prescribing authority
• Experience delivering outpatient psychiatry services

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations for adults
• Provide ongoing medication management and side-effect monitoring
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans
