Job summary

Headway seeks a Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to deliver high-quality outpatient mental health care through our tech-enabled platform. You will conduct psychiatric evaluations, provide ongoing medication management, and create evidence-based treatment plans for a diverse adult population.

Collaborate closely with therapists and other providers, supported by streamlined scheduling, billing, and insurance tools.

Qualifications

• Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with current NP license in North Carolina.
• Experience delivering outpatient mental health care and conducting psychiatric evaluations.
• Ability to develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans and manage medications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations for adults in an outpatient setting.
