WithCoverage is hiring a Claims Administrator to become the organizational backbone of our claims team in a fast-paced, tech-enabled environment. You’ll manage the shared inbox, ensure timely routing, and support the Claims Specialists with documentation and communications.

This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn the commercial insurance claims process from the ground up. On-site opportunity in New York.

Formación

• 0–2 years of experience in an administrative, customer service, or operations role.
• Interest in learning commercial insurance and the claims process.
• Insurance experience is a plus but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Inbox Management & Triage: manage the team’s shared inbox and route messages promptly.
• Respond to routine inquiries from clients, carriers, and adjusters.
• Prepare and submit first notices of loss (FNOLs) under direction of Claims Specialists.
• Gather, organize, and follow up on claim documentation such as loss runs, photos, invoices, and correspondence.
• Schedule client meetings, claims reviews, and carrier calls; prepare materials.
