This part-time position has a pay range of $18 to $20 per hour for up to 20 hours a week.
Qualifications
Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong knowledge of computer literacy programs.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to work with a diverse group of individuals including children and adults.
Responsibilities
Responsible for managing daily operation of the Computer Learning Center (CLC).
Maintain all CLC records such as resident sign-in sheets, equipment warranty information, and inventory.
Assist Residents with computer programs as needed.
Monitor all computer usage and ensure that all computer-related hardware is properly cared for and repaired as needed.
Enforce policies and procedures of the CLC.
Order supplies to maintain sufficient quantities for efficient operation.
Report any problems with computers to the IT Department and Property Manager.
Make arrangements for regular cleaning of the CLC.
