Job summary

Encore Global seeks a Warehouse Technician to support shipping, receiving and inventory management in our Seattle facility. You will use WMS for order processing, manage quality checks with AI defect detection, and maintain efficient stock control with IoT-tracked inventory.

You will report to Warehouse Operations leadership and help ensure safe, reliable operations. The role requires 1+ years in a warehouse, ability to lift 50+ lbs, and familiarity with warehouse safety protocols and equipment

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED.
1+ years of warehouse experience with exposure to modern warehouse technologies.
Proficiency in operating warehouse equipment and safety protocols.
Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform warehouse tasks following ergonomic guidelines.

Responsibilities

Process receiving, shipping and labeling using advanced WMS.
Perform quality control using AI-driven defect detection systems and random inspections.
Apply lean principles to optimize inventory control and reduce waste.
Utilize real-time inventory tracking systems and IoT devices for stock management.
Operate forklifts, AGVs and other warehouse equipment as needed.
