Job summary

Victra - Verizon Authorized Retailer is seeking a full-time Retail Sales Consultant to deliver world-class service and connect guests to what matters most. You will execute Victra's sales process, share product knowledge, and create a memorable in-store experience.

You will work with a team to achieve monthly sales goals, provide solutions, and foster a friendly, high-energy environment. Training is provided and advancement opportunities exist.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of customer service, preferably in retail or sales.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods (Nov through Dec).
• At least 18 years of age.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate with customers to find solutions.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales goals and provide great guest experiences.
• Work alongside peers and leaders to serve customers and resolve issues.
