Job summary

Victra is Verizon's largest premium retailer in the United States. We are seeking a full-time Retail Sales Consultant who will deliver world-class service to Every Guest.

You will connect guests to what matters most by sharing product knowledge and guiding the sales process, becoming the face of Victra in-store. You will be responsible for achieving sales goals, assisting with merchandising, and providing exceptional customer service to help guests find the right tech solutions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of customer service, preferably retail or sales.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
