Job summary

Victra is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to deliver world-class service in a Verizon premium retail store. You will execute the sales process, share product knowledge, and connect guests with what matters most, becoming the face of Victra.

You will achieve monthly sales goals, provide solutions, and build personal connections while contributing to merchandising and store operations in a fast-paced environment. Training is provided with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in retail or sales.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals by assisting guests and closing sales.
• Provide product benefits and recommendations to help guests connect with what matters most.
• Create personal connections with guests to simplifytech and build trust.
• Assist with merchandising and store operations to maintain an engaging shopping experience.
• Participate in NHU training and contribute to team goals.
