Job summary

AT&T is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant in Charlottesville, VA. You’ll use a consultative approach to guide customers through options, support community engagement, online orders and outbound calls, and work a 9am–9pm schedule, including weekends.

With a focus on meeting sales targets, you’ll leverage AT&T’s full product suite and training to earn commissions. Prior retail experience is a plus, and we provide tools and coaching to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? We’ll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals!
• Familiarity with tech products and services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, guide customers through options with a consultative approach.
• Participate in community events, fill online orders and make outbound calls to customers.
• Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with 2 weeks’ advance seniority scheduling.
• Stay flexible in a fast-paced environment adapting to evolving tech and customer needs.
• Support targets and leverage AT&T’s product suite to meet sales goals and earn commissions.
