Responsibilities

• Proficient at selecting comparable properties to the subject, analyzing market data, and valuing residential properties using various valuation techniques.”
• Pay attention to detail to provide high-quality valuation products.
• Manage daily activities to establish capacity for assignments.
• Ensure high levels of customer service when communicating with the operating team and contacts.
• Be open to mentorship from Senior Appraisers for training and learning high-quality appraisals.
• Occasionally work with Trainees and uphold CE/credentialing requirements.
• Make recommendations on processes related to business operations and data collection methods.
• Advise management on product decisions, process flows, and compensation plans as needed.
