True Footage is seeking an Appraiser in Milwaukee, WI who will redefine the profession using cutting-edge technology and data-supported analysis. The role targets a Certified residential appraiser capable of handling diverse properties and complex valuations with high-quality reports.

You will work with industry-leading tools, maintain rigorous CE requirements, and collaborate with the operating team to ensure top-tier client service.

Qualifications

• Proficient with technology, software, apps and databases.
• Ability to work independently and use good judgment.
• Capable of residential valuations with consistent client trust.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Effective time management.
• Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow in real estate appraisals.
• Driver's license for field inspections.

Responsibilities

• Select comparable properties to subject, analyze market data, and value residential properties using various techniques.
• Maintain high attention to detail for quality valuations for clients.
• Effectively manage daily tasks to assign an appropriate workload.
• Provide excellent customer service when communicating with teams and clients.
• Be open to mentorship from Senior Appraisers and training for high-quality appraisals.
• Occasionally work with Trainees on valuations.
• Uphold continuing education and credentialization requirements.
• Advise management on processes, data collection, and product decisions.
