The role emphasizes attention to detail, independent work, and strong communication with clients and internal teams. On-site work with ongoing CE and collaboration with trainees is expected.

Qualifications

• Proficient at selecting comparable properties and valuing residential properties
• Attention to detail to provide a high-quality valuation product
• Efficiently manage daily activities to handle assignments
• Provide excellent client communication during valuations
• Be open to mentorship from Senior Appraisers for training
• Occasionally work with Trainees
• Uphold continuing education and credentialization requirements
• Suggest improvements to data collection methods

Responsibilities

• Proficiently select comparables to the subject and apply various valuation methods
• Analyze market data to inform valuations with accuracy
• Manage daily tasks to maintain assignment workflow
• Maintain high levels of customer service with clients and teams
• Learn from Senior Appraisers to improve appraisal quality
• Collaborate with Trainees as needed on valuations
• Maintain ongoing CE and credentialing as required
• Advise management on processes and tools to optimize workflows
