You will perform valuations for a wide range of residential properties and contribute to best-in-industry appraisal reports.

Qualifications

• Certified residential appraiser with an understanding of valuation techniques.
• Able to complete valuations for most property types and complexities.
• Comfort with leveraging industry-leading tech tools for robust appraisals.
• Able to produce best-in-class appraisal reports.

Responsibilities

• Proficient at selecting comparables, analyzing market data, and valuing residential properties.
• Exhibit meticulous attention to detail to ensure high-quality valuations.
• Efficiently manage daily activities to handle assignment capacity.
• Ensure high levels of customer service when communicating with the team and clients.
• Be open to mentorship from Senior Appraisers for training in high-quality appraisals.
• Occasionally work with Trainees.
• Maintain continuing education and credentialization requirements.
• Provide recommendations on processes related to data collection and operations.
• Advise management on product decisions, processes, and compensation plans.
