EquipmentShare in Show Low, AZ is hiring a Rental Coordinator to join our team. You’ll manage rental orders, guide customers through the process, and ensure the right equipment is available when needed.

You’ll build relationships with contractors, respond promptly to inquiries, and contribute to expanding our local customer base while enjoying a schedule Mon-Fri 7am-5pm with overtime after 40 hours.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound leads and guide customers through the rental process.
• Grow the customer base by building relationships with contractors and principals.
• Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships and keep them updated.
• Promptly respond to and resolve inquiries, requests, or complaints.
• Develop new sales strategies to increase market share and improve customer experience.
