Job summary

Axxiom Strength + Vitality in Greenwood Village, CO is seeking a part-time trainer who can transition to full-time by year-end. You will run private one-on-one sessions across rehab, strength, and performance training and learn to operate our niche training tech stack.

As you grow with us, your compensation, role, and equity stake will expand; you will collaborate with other wellness providers and stay in Colorado for the foreseeable future.

Qualifications

• CSCS and NSCA-CPT certification required.
• Experience with one-on-one training and ability to customize programs.
• Comfortable working with post PT, strength and performance clients.
• Willing to learn our tech stack and execute our system.

Responsibilities

• Run private one-on-one sessions across rehab, strength and performance.
• Learn and operate our tech stack; we will train you.
• Foster client relationships and manage training schedule.
• Direct clients on how to optimize vitality and quality of life.
• Assist with outreach and collaboration with other wellness providers.
