The Exercise Coach is seeking an Exercise Coach/Personal Trainer to guide clients through strength and wellness programs using proprietary Exerbotics technology. No prior fitness experience is required; a willingness to learn and help others is essential.

We offer part-time or full-time schedules, paid training, certification support, and growth opportunities with competitive hourly pay. Franchise location-based onboarding applies.

Qualifications

• High energy, positive attitude, and a love for working with people.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt.
• CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain during onboarding).
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1-on-1 and small group training sessions using Exerbotics equipment.
• Conduct initial assessments and consultations.
• Monitor form, safety, and client progress.
• Educate and motivate clients on fitness and healthy living.
• Log data and client communication in CRM.
