MaziCTools, a private law firm in the United States, seeks a Mid-Level Patent Associate Attorney with at least 2 years of prosecution experience. Candidates should have a strong technical background in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, AI, Data Science, ML, or Robotics and handle patent analysis, opinions of counsel, and IPRs.

Additional experience with blockchain, distributed ledgers, video codecs, cloud platforms and computing is highly desirable; admission to the USPTO is a plus.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of patent prosecution experience, preferably in a law firm or in-house.
• Strong technical background in EE, CS, AI, data science, ML or robotics.
• Experience with patent analysis and opinions of counsel and IPRs is a plus.
• Exposure to blockchain, distributed ledgers, video codecs, cloud platforms and computing is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct patent prosecution and portfolio management.
