Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university
• A valid Alabama Teacher's Certificate
• Must meet Every Student Succeed Act (ESSA) requirements or willing to meet them

Responsibilities

• Provide instruction using the required course of study and research-based practices.
• Utilize technology to plan and deliver instruction and monitor student learning.
• Model appropriate and innovative use of technology in the classroom
• Provide modifications for students with special needs and limited English proficiency
• Select and adapt materials to support diverse learning styles
• Establish routines and behavior management procedures
• Participate in local and state testing and use data for planning
• Communicate high expectations and set learning targets
• Engage in professional growth and adhere to standards and ethics
• Maintain confidentiality of student/school/workplace information
• Perform other duties as assigned
