Job summary

Power Design Resources is seeking an Electrical Foreman in the TX Austin Round Rock area. This leadership role focuses on quality, safety and customer satisfaction while leveraging iPads and direct field training at our Florida facility as needed.

Qualifications

• Progressive electrical leaders who love using technology and want a clear career path.
• Five or more years of experience managing a scope and multimillion dollar projects.
• Active journeyman or master electrician license is required.
• Strong knowledge of NEC, local codes and construction safety.
• Basic computer and writing skills are expected.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the assigned scope with project supervision, managing material and manpower.
• Enforce and promote high quality and safety standards.
• Utilize company iPad and smartphone to ensure timely, quality work and customer satisfaction.
• Supervise, mentor and motivate employees on the designated scope.
