Job summary

Power Design is seeking an Electrical Foreman for our Field Operations in TX College Station. This leadership role guides the electrical scope on multimillion-dollar projects, partnering with the superintendent and trades to ensure on-time delivery, quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

You will use iPad and smartphone tools, mentor crew, enforce high safety standards, and drive efficiency. OSHA 30 preferred, journeyman or master electrician license required, and a clear career path with

Qualifications

• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Progressive electrical leaders who love using technology and want a clear career path.
• At least five (5) years of experience managing a scope and running multimillion dollar projects for an electrical contractor.
• Active journeyman or master electrician license.
• Proficient knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC), local codes and construction safety requirements.
• Must have at least basic computer and writing skills.
• Demonstrate and uphold Power Design’s core values: integrity, accountability, teamwork, innovation and growth.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the assigned scope with project superintendent and other trades, including management of material and manpower.
• Enforce and promote high quality and safety standards.
• Utilize technology such as company-provided iPad and smartphone to ensure on-time delivery and exceed customer expectations.
• Supervise, mentor and motivate employees working on designated scope.
