Job summary

Power Design Resources, a national electrical contractor, is seeking an Electrical Foreman for Field Operations in the Tampa region. The role focuses on leading on-site teams, coordinating with supervision, and ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

Qualifications

• Active journeyman or master electrician license.
• 5+ years of experience managing multimillion dollar projects for an electrical contractor.
• Proficient knowledge of the NEC, local codes and construction safety requirements.
• Basic computer and writing skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to mentor a team and drive safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the assigned scope in collaboration with the project superintendent and other trades.
• Enforce and promote high quality and safety standards on site.
• Utilize company-provided iPad and smartphone to ensure timely and quality work.
• Supervise, mentor, and motivate employees working on designated scope.
