Forte Opening Solutions is seeking an Operator to support door manufacturing operations in Jefferson City, Tennessee. You will rotate through tasks including loading/unloading, assembling, and moving doors, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to safety standards.

The role emphasizes accurate measurement, use of hand and power tools, and collaboration with team members to maintain production quality and efficiency. A background check and drug screen are required.

Competenze

• Minimum 1 year in manufacturing or similar setting.
• HS Diploma or GED preferred.
• Pre-employment background check & drug screen required.

• Comply with safety rules and Target Zero objectives to maintain a safe environment.
• Read production schedules to ensure correct product is manufactured on time.
• Set equipment parameters according to job orders and schematics.
• Gather materials to keep a continuous door crafting flow.
• Perform quality checks to meet manufacturing specifications.
• Communicate effectively to support product flow through the plant.
• Maintain downtime records and production data as needed.
• Perform housekeeping duties to maintain a clean work area.
