Job summary

Forte Opening Solutions is seeking an Operator to support multiple steps in the door manufacturing process. You will load/unload doors or materials, assemble and move them through the line, while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates will have basic manufacturing experience, the ability to read schedules, measure with tape/calipers, and operate hand tools and a forklift. A strong attendance record is valued in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED preferred.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• Good math skills including fractions and decimals.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow production schedules to ensure correct doors are produced on time.
• Set and adjust equipment parameters per job orders and schematics.
• Gather materials per schedule to maintain continuous workflow.
• Perform quality checks to meet specifications throughout production.
• Maintain clean work area and communicate effectively with team.

Lifting up to 60 lbs and occasional 80
