Baker Tilly is a leading advisory, tax and assurance firm seeking an Audit Senior Associate to deliver industry-focused audit services to middle market clients. You will join a fast-growing firm that values client relationships, leadership, and career development.

You will work with engagement teams, plan and supervise audits, review controls, and mentor junior staff while growing your accounting expertise in a collaborative culture that emphasizes work-life balance and professional growth.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent coursework.
• CPA preferred or actively pursuing CPA.
• Three or more years of experience providing financial statement auditing services in a public accounting firm.
• Experience auditing technology and/or professional services clients preferred.
• Demonstrated time management, communication, interpersonal, relationship-building and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership, project management, organizational and analytical abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Be a trusted member of the engagement team providing assurance and consulting services to industry-specific clients.
• Proactively engage with clients throughout the year to gather information and respond to questions.
• Plan and supervise the execution of all audit engagement activities.
• Review and perform substantive testing on client balance sheets and income statements.
• Conduct and review tests to assess deficiencies of internal controls and recommend improvements.
• Mentor and develop team members and support firm-wide learning and development programs.
