Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking a Technical Documentation and Process Coordinator based in Mayfield Heights, OH, with a hybrid work schedule. The role focuses on coordinating and improving technical documentation, access management, and equipment calibration activities to promote efficient operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Legal authorization to work in the US; no visa sponsorship.
• 4+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience with SAP document management.
• Experience in project coordination and document management.
• Proficiency with SharePoint and document control processes.
• Experience developing process documentation and job aids.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the review, tracking, and completion of technical software documents.
• Lead document review meetings and drive follow-up actions.
• Maintain and update guidelines related to document processing and completion.
• Provide metrics and status reporting on document management activities.
• Support continuous improvement efforts to optimize document development and completion processes.
• Maintain access control processes and create/update work aids for access provisioning.
• Review and evaluate access-related work aids annually for accuracy.
• Support users with access process questions and issue resolution.
• Manage the equipment calibration database and annual setup.
