Job summary

The State of Georgia's Department of Human Services, Division of Family and Children Services, is seeking a Program Director for Child Welfare Services - Technology (CICC). The role directs technology strategy for centralized intake and automation initiatives statewide.

This senior position provides governance, system requirements leadership, and modernization of workflows with SHINES and related platforms, ensuring data integrity and policy alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related area; two years supervising staff.
• Experience managing subordinate supervisors in human services.
• Knowledge of CICC operations and SHINES platform is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs, administers, and evaluates the technology program for CICC operations.
• Analyzes business requirements and translates them into system needs.
• Leads automation and modernization of workflows and data reporting.
• Oversees projects, testing, implementation, and change management.
• Ensures compliance with policy and program alignment.
